Cereona repositioned a digital addiction-treatment company as a value-based, payer-contracted services business, identified investors with strategic alignment to the category and payer base, and introduced the lead investor.

The Series B was led by Allumia Ventures, with participation from existing investors Artis Ventures, City Light Capital, and LifeArc Ventures, and new investor Limitless Ventures. Cereona’s founder invested alongside the client in the round.
